Calling all Baltimore party monsters, ghosts, ghouls, heroes, vixens, villains, saints, and sinners—it’s time to unleash your wild side at the 16th Annual Federal Hill-O-Ween Bar Crawl, the biggest and longest-running Halloween bar crawl in Baltimore!
For 16 years, Hill-O-Ween has reigned as the city’s #1 Halloween nightlife event, turning Federal Hill into a haunted playground of epic proportions. Step into a night filled with spooktacular drink specials, costume contests, killer DJs, and bone-rattling party vibes across Baltimore’s hottest Fed Hill bars.

For 21+ events, guests without a valid government-approved photo ID verifying age will be denied entry and will not be eligible for a refund. For All Ages events, under-age guests must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. Venues reserved the right to eject inebriated or disruptive guests from an event. Guests who are ejected will not be eligible for a refund.
