REFUND Policy

The following states the Refund Policy for tickets purchased on Lindyspromotion.com and/or its affilitates Cravetickets.com and vibetickets.com.

All Tickets Sales are final. There are no refunds unless an event is canceled. If an event is canceled prior to the service date you will be notified and given an option to switch to another event if available. If the event is canceled on the day or night of service you will notified as soon as we are made aware of the situation. Customers holding tickets for canceled events will receive a full refund minus the convenience, Internet, fulfillment or other miscellaneous fees. If an event is not canceled but is rescheduled, customers unable to attend on the rescheduled date may request a Refund as long as the request is within 5 days of the original scheduled date.

While we will be aware of the need to provide Refunds for cancelled events, it is advisable for you to contact Customer Service through the forms provided on the website from which you purchased. Refunds will only be issued through the Customer Service platform, please do not call.
